Intelectual Property Notice

The rights to the artworks remain the exclusive property of Art-Lore, even after purchase. This includes the purchase of original pieces. Purchasing any artwork does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece as an NFT, print and distribute it in any form, or reproduce it in any way for profit and/or other purposes.

Collectors may not reproduce any artwork in any form without the artist’s express written permission. However, posting images of purchased items on social media is always welcome and is not restricted by this clause.

Liability

Art-Lore is not responsible for the products once they are in the possession of the collector.
It is not our responsibility to refund, exchange, replace, or compensate in any way for products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: fingerprints on the white borders, torn fine art prints, damaged artworks, etc.

As guaranteed under consumer protection regulations, compensation will be provided if products arrive damaged due to postal service mishandling and/or if defective goods were shipped. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.
Each print is inspected multiple times before passing quality control and is only packaged for delivery when in perfect condition, ensuring you receive your purchase exactly as intended.

Please read the product descriptions carefully and thoroughly. We are not obligated to compensate customers who do not review the provided information before purchasing.
