Cancellations are not accepted.
If you have any issues with your order, please contact the seller directly.

Refund Policy

If there is a problem with your order, we won’t leave you stranded! If something went wrong or your item was not what you expected, we will do our best to make it right. Below are our return policies for each product:

We honor a 14-day return policy for eligible products.
We do our best to provide accurate color photographs of the artwork, but please note that display calibrations often vary between devices.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it.

Originals (not eligible): All original purchases are final, as they come with a special, personalized gift just for you, and Art-Lore personally pays a generous amount to ship them with their original stretcher frames directly to your door via courier.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for purchases made due to a change of mind.
Eligibility for returns and refunds varies. In accordance with Costa Rican law, Art-Lore does not cover the shipping costs for items returned in good faith. We will only cover return shipping for defective products or those covered by consumer protection laws.

Shipping Policy

The Art-Lore studio team is small and dedicated to sending your orders as quickly as possible. Please note that delays may occur if artworks go viral on social media. We sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience and deeply appreciate your patience.

Please be aware that international delivery times are longer than usual and delays may occur.

If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure redirection. We cannot change the address once the package has been shipped from our studio. Contact us through our contact page as soon as possible.

Duties and Taxes

Art-Lore is not responsible for any import duties on purchased products. This includes, but is not limited to, custom commissions, originals, and merchandise.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable duties, value-added tax (VAT), or similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional charges, your shipment will be returned to us. As long as the product is in its original condition, we will refund the purchase cost (excluding shipping costs to your country).
